Processing your information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, sharing, transferring and/or disclosing information, all of such activities will take place in India. If you reside outside India your information will be transferred, processed, and stored in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of India. Information we collect

We will ask you to provide certain personal information, and the reasons supporting disclosure of such personal information, which will be clarified to you at the time of submission of such personal information by you to us.

When you register for a Networking Cafe Session / Membership Area, we ask for your contact information, including without limit of items such as profile picture, name, school name, address, email address, home country, social media handles and telephone number (including that of the consenting adult and of your ward/your child.)

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

We will be maintaining a seven calendar day recorded video and audio history of every Networking Cafe Session we conduct for safety and security purposes only and we will erase this past the seven-day mark. We do this with the sole intent to maintain or regulate safety and solely for security purposes and we will erase these recorded sessions past the seven-day mark.

We do not directly collect your Credit/Debit Card Information. All such collection is done by our third-party service provider (i.e.Stripe). Log Files
Interconnect Cafe follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. We work in collaboration with partners that recognize our objective, and as an extension of our network, we may be paid by such reciprocating businesses and/or organizations by sponsoring a session, partnering with us and/or by booking a speaker slot during our networking cafe sessions, and reporting performances to them.
You and by extension, your child/ward/appointee agree to be shown sponsored content and/or partnered advertisements, send promotional emails and/or Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including but not limited to marketing and promotional information.
